THERE IS A REALLY NICE GUY AT MY SCHOOL HE IS CUTE, FUNNY,NICE, AND IS BASICALLY PERFECT BUT I AM TO SCARED TO TALK ABOUT MY FEELINGS BECAUSE HE HAS A GIRL FRIEND AND TO REMEMBER I HAVE LIKED HIM FOR 3 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like you want to date him. He has a girlfriend! So if your aim is to weasel your way into his relationship, then stop right there. It's easy to become obsessed with unobtainable guys. But if you take that obsession over into destructive behavior, that is REALLY bad.
Also, NO guy is ever perfect. That's another sign of obsession, to think a person is perfect :)
I am sure there are great guys in your school that do NOT have a girlfriend. Learn more about some of those guys - you might be surprised how wonderfully fitted some of those are!
