My boyfriend always ignores me and plays computer games. How do I get him to pay attention to me?

People play games because it's an easy escape. There is no responsibility, no work to be done. You get to relax, escape into another world, enjoy your fun. On one hand it's something all of us need to do, but on the other hand we have to be mature enough to take care of real life responsibilities too. If your boyfriend has completely lost himself in gaming, first try to play WITH him to rebuild those bonds together. But if that can't be done, remind him that you are his girlfriend because you want to have an *interactive* relationship. If he isn't going to actually be a boyfriend to you, it might be time for you to find someone who will.
