I want to Make Her Like Me

I have this friend, well actually she's my neighbor and i have liked her ever since she moved here 6 years ago i was 10 years old back then i didnt talk to her the first year but i liked her then the next year i talked to her and we became friends.That was five years ago now i am 16 years old and she is 17.She already knows i like her because other people told her and i did as well.On my 16th birthday I asked her to be my girlfriend but she said no because she looks at me as a friend.That was 3 months ago in february
My question is how can i get her to change her mind and what i can do to make her like me

I guess somehow you missed all the FAQs on my site that said YOU CANNOT MAKE SOMEONE LIKE YOU! Sheesh :) Do you want a mind control device so you can control her actions? I would hope not!
You can only present your best aspect to someone. But if a person loves goth music and you HATE goth music, it is simply not a good fit. If you tried to fake loving goth music, they would realize it very quickly and then hate you for deceiving them.
Your best bet is to find someone who truly likes you for what you are, the way you are. It may seem much easier to simply force other people to be your robots, as if they were made of play-dough, but one of those life lessons you learn as you grow up is that your wishes do not shape the world. You need to accept that other people are unique, that you are unique, and that you need to find someone who loves you for what you are. When you find that person, you will be happy forever. So don't waste your life trying to force others to fit that role.
