I am Unable to Trust

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
How can I be a more trusting partner in my relationship? My boyfriend is great and has given me no reason to not trust him, I'm just seem unable to trust.

Trust and jealousy tend to go hand in hand and usually involve low self esteem. You assume he will leave you if given the chance so you don't trust him in any situation which might lure him away. I highly suggest talking to a therapist and solving this issue - if you don't it will eat away at you for your entire life, like water torture.
