I'm going through something and need your help...
my ex-girlfriend and I are talking and i really miss her and she misses me, but shes afraid of missing up again,
i just want to be with her and it isn't just a sex thing
i wanna be held in her arms how do I get there?

You need to take it slowly and reconnect as if you were new loves. Go out to movies. Go get ice cream. Enjoy each other's company and you'll grow closer over time. It will take a while to build up the trust again, but when it does come back it'll be stronger than before.
