theres this guy who i have had the biggest crush on since i met him. We talk in school quit a bit but now school is out and i would really like to stay in contact with him. I wanna call him but im really scared what if i freeze? Should i tell him how i feel about him? or wait til later for that. i have called him before and i do freeze i mean i dont mean to but i just do any ideas on how to stop from freezing up?

Basically, get to know him as a friend before you tell him you want to take it further. Go to movies together, go out to get a burger, do things where it's friendly and lighthearted. Don't push for more until you are both ready to do so. Once you're friends, then stepping it up is a lot easier. And we have topics on that too!
