Don't panic over a one-time statement. Every relationship goes through its ups and downs, ins and outs. She may just have been feeling a little anxious about the closeness that you two have, and she may have been feeling a little claustrophobic. Also, after a while when things are cozy, then there's the grass is greener on the other side thought, that maybe something else would be more exciting, more sparkly, whatever. But then she thought about it some more and realized that she's happiest with you. So take it as a really good thing that she decided that the other side is not what she wants after all. She could have broken up with you and then regretted it for the rest of her life.

You have a good thing going. Just keep it going.

Good luck!
