me and my boyfriend both have a problems trusting anyone because we have both been hurt in the past. but i really want to trust him but i'm scared to trust anyone and i want him to trust me. what do i do.

Relationships are all about trust and faith in one another. Any relationship has the potential to hurt. If you intend to have any depth to it at all, you need to believe the other person is there to support you and hold you in his heart. That requires a lot of trust, because you're opening up your inner self which means you are open to being hurt. And yes, you will have a number of relationships in your life, which means that you will continue to get hurt in the future. But closing yourself off to the closeness of a relationship leaves you in a much colder world.
So embrace the chance to be close to him and open yourself up to that warmth. It's worth it.
