i am 16 years old and i really like my best friend he is also 16 years old we tell each other every thing but he just came out of a 3 year relationship from this girl we have been on 4 dates but we won't kiss thinking we will mess up our friendship. he always wants me to give him back rubs & massage his shoulders. but he tells everyone he is having to much fun being single i found out he is also dating one of my friends. if he thinks i am mad at him he can't stand it. i need some advice on how to win him over.

Follow his lead. He wants physical contact with you, which is a great sign. So go from massaging his shoulders to hugging him and tickling him. Put his hands on you, let him massage you for a change. When you rub his shoulders, lean forward and kiss his neck. Pretend you're a vampire. Whisper dirty jokes in his ear.
As for keeping him from seeing other girls, that's something he needs to decide to do on his own. If you're willing to be patient while he gets his feet under him again, then you should be ok. It sounds like he needs a bit of a break before he commits to anyone new. And if you're available to him, that anyone new could be you.
