I'm afraid of rejection.

I'm afraid of rejection. i like a girl and she likes me but she has a boyfriend she wont break up with him. i also like someone eles a little. i used to be good friends with her and i dated her in like 7th grade so it was nothing really. im in 10th grade now but i havent talked to her for a really long time. it would be easy to talk to her again but i dont know if she would have any interest in me cause i think she likes older guys. so i =m afraid to ask her out or make a move becuase im afraid of rejection. what can i do to become unafraid and is there anything wrong with rejection. also i think i know why im afraid of it but im not exactly sure. can you help me out here too?

Everyone is afraid of rejection. It's a normal reaction in life. No one wants someone to tell them No, it's a crushing blow. The trick is to become like a duck and let it roll off your back like water and not let it bother you.

Forget about the girl with a boyfriend. That is a sure place for rejection, and you don't need to get in a mess like that.
