Strip clubs

my boyfriend doesn't understand why i don't like him going to strip clubs, whether it be for business or a stag party, i just don't feel that that is a place for a person to be when they are committed. He doesn't understand that I feel very inadequate, and don't appreciate another women especially naked dancing and rubbing all over him. What should I do? He thinks I am just being jealous??

Part of the answer has to do with how often does your boyfriend go to strip clubs? If it is once or twice a year, it might be understandable. If it is once a month, probably not.
You seem to be reasonable about this subject and based on your question, not extremely jealous. Continue to express your feelings to your boyfriend so that he recognizes where you stand.
Just to be clear, I am on your side as these places are grossly sexist and demean women.
