Still wants a hug

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
Alright i'm sorry i keep bothering you guys but i'm just worried because this is my first "relationship" and i don't want to screw things up, so what your saying is if she accepts hugging she will except cheek kissing? she said we were only friends but acted like it was somewhere in between love and friendship. do friends kiss? And one more thing i asked her for a hug and (i think) she gave half of a nervous smile and didn't answer was that because she was nervous, embarassed, or uncomfortable w/ the subject. but she talked to me after that so i didn't scare her off.
Thanks a LOT

RomanceClass.com Advice
How about trying the direct approach. Just tell her how you feel. That you would like to hug her and ask her how she feels about it. The rest should follow naturally given time. I think she was shy when you asked for a hug and it is a good sign that she continued to talk with you. You seem to be doing well. Next time you write us, tell us that you found a way where you both felt comfortable hugging. Realistically, you can't expect things to go perfectly based on advice you get. But hope it helps.

Best Wishes,
George
