Trust him

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
Well my boyfriend and i started going out but before we did he used to go out with my best friend..then she broke up with him and didnt like him anymore, after like a couple of months him and i started gettin closer and closer but we were friends way before that..he used to always be my friend. Then he finally asked me out and i couldnt say yes because he went out with my best friend and i wasnt about to do that to her. Plus like a couple of weeks he used to be in like love with her, he would always talk about her and then like he asked me out so then i said i dont kno and my best friend comes back and says i should go out with him because i like him and he likes me and she doesnt care at all. So i finally said yes. Him and her continued being best friend. He would always talk to her on the phone and he would call her before myself. Then at around 8 he would call me. I began to feel jealous. They would ALWAYS talk and i know how she is she always flirts with all the guys. Then one day she came back to me and said that he told her "you and Julia are the only ones i love and are important to me in this world" it seemed whenever i talked to her about him she would always put herself in it. this caused him and i to break up a lot and whenever him and i got in a fight she would help him I AM SO JEALOUS..i dont kno if im over reacting or not maybe hes just friends with her..and he told me im the only one he likes and he doesnt care about anyone else. i dont know what to do!??

RomanceClass.com Advice
Trust is one of the most important aspects of a good relationship. You can improve your relationship by stopping the jealousy and trust him. From what you said, there is no reason to believe you can't trust him. Also, your best friend would not do anything to hurt you.

Seems to me you have a wonderful thing going for you and you are possibly going to mess it up by being jealous.
