He keeps coming back

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
There is this guy that i went with for a month at the beginning of our relationship, and then we broke up, well we have been having a "on and off again" relationship for the past 2 years. He says he loves me and i really love him but he always finds someway to hurt me and "break up" with me. He either wants me when he is drunk or when he finds out i have someone else. I keep going back to him knowing i am going to get hurt. What is his problem and should i really keep going back to him. I truley believe he loves me.

Your boyfriend doesn't know what he wants. The times he comes back to you, when he is drunk or when you have someone else, are very poor things to base a relationship on.

Instead of thinking of it as his problem, take charge of the situation and take a firm stand with him. Let him know that the next time he breaks up with you is the last time. If he does it again, then don't take him back. This is the only way to solve the problem.
