How to deal with jealousy

i have been with my boyfriend for nearly 2 years,and were only still young, so we need time for our friends, but the thing is i cant trust him when he goes out, i just have a horrible feeling inside and get very upset even before he has gone out, i also dont like the girls who his friends hang around with, i get very jeolous when they are around my boyfriend.even though he has done nothing wrong and is always saying he loves me i still cant trust him, please help.
