IM her

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
Well I guess I should give you guys some background info:
There's this girl that i've like since the 8th grade. A girl that I like so much so, that when I found out that she was going on the school Europe Trip this summer, I signed up to go too (with a total cost of about $3000). I met her in the beginning of 8th grade, and didn't really care for her at first. I mean, I didn't know her much or anything. But then near the end of 8th grade, during a 3-day trip that my class went on, I was sitting behind her on the bus and we started talking and joking around or whatever (it was a long LONG bus ride) and suddenly it felt like I started to like her just spontaneously (Go figure). I started talking to her more and more, and we got to be good friends by the end of 8th grade. But when summer came, we never seen each other so i guess our friendship sort of faded. Every now and then, we'd still say the 'hi' or just a smile, but other than that, we barely talk. I recieved her Instant Message screen name from a friend, but I'm nervous to IM her because it'd seem like I went around asking for her screen name just to talk to her which might sort of creep her out (haha...ha.....). I even get nervous around her during school since we've never talked in so long... So what should I do?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Go ahead and IM her and not worry about she might think. What better way to rekindle your friendship? Who knows, perhaps she feels the same about you. Be casual in your IM's because if you come on too fast that might creep her out :)

Put a little adventure in your life and see what happens!

Good luck,
George
