Worries about wife's fidelity

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
i have been married with 2 children for 15 years we have had a patch where we wernt sleeping together for ten months because of sleeping problems eg snoring so there was not a problem and no issues .one day i just decided things were not right so i tried to talk to her and put things right which is great we now sleep together we go out together i have fully committed my self to bring us close together .my wife has changed too and she is making a huge effort too.when we are together we are really happy ,the problem is when we are not together i am worried that she will have an affair or go off which means if she is late i panic until she comes in then i am settled .i am trying to deal with this i think i have put too much into concentrating on us being close and i want to stop worrying where she is and want to stop having these thoughts when we are not together she has never cheated on me so i cant understand why i am feeling like this please can you give me some advise on tackling my own fears so i can make our relationship work and not damage is thanks chris
