Football vs Museums
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female Hello,
I have been going out with this boy for about ten months now. I really like him, altho we have one problem in that we have different intersts. He is interested in football and is generally a couch potatoe and I love to go places, visit museums and so on.
These differences have caused problems initally. I read that people who don't share the same interested a doomed to fail. But surley if you both have feelings for another it is just down to coordination.
Can this relationship still work out? Or shall we just stick to out own kind?
RomanceClass.com Advice Yes you need to coordinate your activities. You can watch football with him if he goes to musems with you. OR, you can go to musems while he watches football. Either could work. True common interest make a relationship go easier, but the lack should not be a show stopper.
Good luck,
George
