No kissing until she is 16

i'm turning in April.I've been very disloyal to my mom lately.I've been doing things that i'm not supose to.I'm not aloud to kiss untill i'm 16 and i already did last year.I've some how been ending up lying to her, and she really trusts me.
If she finds out... that i've been kissing she'll get pretty mad.Ive tried to stop but i don't want the guys to think that i'm some woos. Please help me before it goes any further.i've also got a problem with being boy crazy.In other words, i always end up talking about a boy,going out with one, and so on...

It is too bad that your mother made that rule. It is too strict, in my opinion and makes you lie to her. You are a normal teenager and kissing comes naturally. As far as boy-crazy, most teenagers think about the opposite sex much of the time so don't think you are crazier than most other girls :-)
