Boyfriend has lost interest; his best friend has her interest
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female I have a boyfriend, and he's stopped showing interest in me lately. We just don't connect as well anymore. I started talking to his best friend about how he treats me and when we're together, he makes me happy. We get along great, he's so sweet and funny, and I want to go out with him. We have more in common. I have no clue what I should do. I don't want to hurt my boyfriend and I don't know how his best friend feels about me. I don't want them both to hate me. Does his friend like me? Should I back off? How should I handle this?
RomanceClass.com Advice Stay friends with your boyfriends friend. Meanwhile, start to ask your boyfriend if there is something wrong with your relationship which might explain his behavior. My guess is that you and he will split up. After a reasonable amount of time... 3 weeks, you can tell the other guy that you are developing feelings for him and ask him how he feels about you.
Good luck,
George
