Boyfriend calls at least 10 times a day--is he cheating?

My boyfriend calls me at least 10 times a day and is constantly saying he loves me. He says it a couple of times during one conversation. I think this type of behavior is strange, especially for a guy. Could it mean that he is cheating and is making himself feel better by calling me so often (maybe even to make sure where I AM)? He doesn't have a steady job (he can't keep one because of his temper) and has lots of time to play around during the day. I know he is a loser in that aspect and I know I'm an idiot for sticking around. What are you thoughts?

Did your boyfriend all of a sudden start calling you so much or has he always been like this? If this is new behavior, I too would be suspicious. Or, as you said, maybe he is suspicious of you. Why not have a long honest talk with him and try to get to the bottom of this.
If he has a history of fooling around then it is probable that he is doing it again. You have to figure this out for yourself and make your decision on what you find out.
