Tell her you are developing feelings for her

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I am a 16 year old who recently fell for one of my friends. I really like her, but I am unsure as to whether or not she feels the same for me. I really want to go out with her and have on many occasions come close to doing it, but I am worried if I do and she says no then our friendship will be over. Many of my friends have told me to go for it, but I am unsure. Should I ask her out? And if so how is the best way to do it so that if she does say no we can remain friends?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Since you are friends with her you are half way there.

Tell her that you are developing feelings for her and would like to go out on a date. If her answer is vague, ask her how she feels about you.

This is a non-threatening way to bring up the subject in a way that will not scare her off and ruin your friendship.

Hope she says yes!
