Mimicking relatives

there is this guy and i really like him, but im best friends with his sister, and really close to his family. i think he likes me back and i want to go out with him but im reluctant because im afraid that his sister and family and my brother who is also his friend will mimick and make fun of us and our relationship. should i not go out with him, keep it under wraps, or let everyone know??

If your relatives and his relatives mimic you, that would be very unfortunate. I don't think they will do any more that lightly tease you which is not an unusually thing for young couples to have to endure.
So, my advice is to go ahead and try to go out with him and put up with the teasing that may come. You're old enough to take a little teasing, right?
