I lost my temper and pushed a wall

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
Hey guys how are you? Well I need to know what to do. My girlfriend and I were doing more than just fine and the thought of marring her was and is heaven on earth but I have an attitude problem. That if I dont tend to speak my mind and hold everything in I get mad. Besides that I always clam and joyful. anyways 3wks from now we went to the movies but before that several thing happened that pushed my buttons.I bit my tongue so I wont ruin the whole day for anybody. What really did the job was when I saw that she got mad at me than rather asking me what is wrong and to top it off everytime I tried to communicate she would walk away and leave me with my word in my mouth. To me that is the most disrespecful thing that a person could do, So that escalated me to a new level and I lost my temper and pushed a wall. After that event I had cool off and realized what i had done. I'm incapable of hurting women but I pushed a wall. We already spoke and everything and she says she just want to be friends and give me the oppurtunity to gain her trust but now she doesnt answer my phone calls or when she sees me at church she tries to avoid me. She does a pretty good job :). Now how do I regain her trust, surpass this course of action that she has taking, and restore my relationship?

RomanceClass.com Advice
You need to convince her that you are changing.

Ask her to tell you what your three worst faults are. Tell her you are going to work very hard at eliminating those faults.

The do what you said. Practice every day getting rid of the faults. Every minute keep your eyes open to what you are doing and saying.

This will take more than a week or two, so you should also try more traditional means of trying to get her back in the meantime. Tell her you love her, give her little presents, ask her out on dates, ask her how she and her family is doing. And be on your best behavior.

I wish you the best!
George
