I am extremely jealous of my boyfriends ex wife. They have remained friends and he still occasionally wants to see her, either at her home or to go out to dinner.I am truly struggling w/ this and our arguments are bad.I just don't know if I am wrong or if he is wrong to ask me to be okay w/ this. RomanceClass.com Advice
My advice is to give up your jealousy. It's going to work against you in the long run.

Jealousy is a nasty habit that can be beaten, but if it isn't is can ruin a relationship. The way to break the habit is to fight it as hard as you can. Whenever a jealous feeling arises, attack it by saying to it "Go away, he's my boyfriend and he loves me!" After doing this hundreds of times it will go away since it can't affect you. (Did I mention this isn't easy to do?)
