Faint heart never won fair lady.

This means if you don't have the courage to ask her out then you will never have a relationship with her. First thing is to forget about the pain of rejection. If she does reject you, it will be out of nervousness, that's all.

If you already know her, make a point of having conversations with her and get to know her better. If you don't know her well take the time to say Hi to her with a big smile and using her name. Eventually you two will start talking and then you can ask her out.

Just remember it's better to ask than to wonder. Be BRAVE!

Good luck.
