We always fight and it's hurting our realtionship

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Me and my girlfriend have been together for a little over eight months and we tend to have arguments about when we hang out with our friends. We always fight and it's hurting our realtionship. We try to talk it out but we never really end up with a sillouion. My girlfriend always brakes some promises to me when we made the same promises and I can't brake them. What should I do?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Stop the fighting!

One or both of you need to "give in" to the other when the fighting begins. Not over really significant things... those you don't give in to. But to the day to day matters which are not important that's where you have to give in. Don't wast your time over who sees friends or not... it's just not that important.

Unless you want to ruin your relationship, you have to forget the small stuff. Do you care enough to stop the fighting? There is the clue to your situation.

Good luck!
George
