So i was wondering do you think he made an excuss to get out of going or was he telling the truth?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
This is a follow up question to the "So I hope he's not just being a big flirt" question. Well i did end up telling the guy that i thought he was attractive on MSN. He answered back saying no he really wasn't hot. i assured him he was.

well about 2 weeks later i asked him if he would like to do something on the weekend. He said sure. I got really excited, me him and my friend and his were all supposed to go to a movie and hang out.

Then on the friday when i was confirming saturday's plans with him on MSN, he informed me that saturday he was going to his lake. His exact words were "Tommorow!. It had to be tommorow. Of all the days I had to go away." I asked him if he was busy next weekend and he said he would be back the weekend after for sure. He did say sorry.

I was pretty upset, but what can you do? Then the next day he started talking to me. I'm guessing he had a laptop at his lake, all his settings did look changed. Any way we havent talked in a couple days since.

So i was wondering do you think he made an excuss to get out of going or was he telling the truth? I dont know what to believe. i really like him so i hope he wasnt lieing i dont think he would. Or was it maybe his nice way of hinting he's just not that interested? I dont know if i should try asking him again or wait to see what he does.

Please help me. I would really appreciate.
Many thanks again!

If he continues to contact you from the lake, then you can be fairly certain that he is interested in you. If he doesn't, however, he may not

Give him the benefit of the doubt and ask him out again when he gets back.

Good luck!
George
