We need to talk but he keeps avoiding me, what should I do?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Recently my boyfriend and I have been fighting over stupid things like he promises me he'll call and then he forgets or he says he's going to come over and then goes out with his friends. I have tried to sit down and talk to him and he's always too busy or going out with his friends, but he says he wants to talk things out with me. And I really want things to be good between us again becuase I hate to figth and it makes me really upset. I know he needs his space and wants to hang out with his friends as well as me, but I don't want to be cut from his life entirely. I feel like he's almost stopped caring about me. He says he still loves me, but then he doesn't call and never wants to talk or even hang out. I love him very much and I don't want to lose him. Do you have any advice on how to talk things out or communicate without hurting each other. I don't want to be hurt anymore and neither does he. We need to talk but he keeps avoiding me, what should I do?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Tell him you need to talk or you are through. And mean it.

You may think you love him, but with all the fighting and him ignoring you it sounds more like a lot of pain rather than love.

Explain to him how important it is to talk and to share feelings. If he is too immature to realize it why would you want to be with him?

Keep working at it, it is very important!
Good luck, George
