i am 17 years old and sometimes when we go out of town and me and my family stay at a hotel i see these beautiful girls and i need help on how to start a conversation with her and for her to get to no me and me to get to no her. for example we were at san antonio and i met a girl and i didnt no how to get her to kiss me and stuff. me and my family went to a restraunt and i saw this other girl and i have never seen a girl so beautiful before and this girl was amazing but i dont no how to get us to talk or something like that. please help

Meeting and making conversation with girls is not something you learn through email.
You have to go out there and put yourself on the line every day. You start by saying hi to the girl as you pass by and give them a big smile. Once you know their name you say "Hi, Sue" (or whatever her name is).
Gradually you become friends with some of them and proceed from there.
Until you have these skills, you are not going to have a lot of luck with beautiful girls at hotels. Unless you get lucky at the swimming pool by introudcing yourself and making interesting conversation. From the way you wrote your letter it doesn't sound like that is likely.
However, as I said, you need to practice so why not at a hotel? Just realize that you have to be strong enough to accept rejection in many cases. But, that is how you learn.
Don't put this off, the longer you wait the harder it gets.
