RomanceClass.com Advice
He may be too immature to try to make it work from his end.

He says he loves you, so he should be willing to hear what he needs to do to prove it. He needs to listen to you on the phone, he needs to call you back when he says he will, and he needs to hang out with you more.

Tell him these things in a gentle, non-aggressive voice and don't think he will learn the first time you tell him. Keep reminding him--use humor if you can. Like if he doesn't call for three times tell him "Strike Three!"

You will be doing him a favor too... good dating manners are a very important part of everyone's toolkit of life. He should thank you for giving him the advice.

Good luck,
George
