But I think he either maybe shy, waiting for me to go further, or im not sure

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I am interested in someone at work. He has appeared to go out of his way and make small conversation a few times, lock eyes from far away and has even waved to me while passing on the road(how he knows my car i dont know)or if im out jogging. Hes well liked by everyone, but i dont really know whats going through his mind. I called him the other day just to say hello and to tell him i saw him in the area that im in for a little bit and looking to live at and maybe we can get together sometime and hang out or grab a few drinks. We small talked for a minute or two, he even made convo. He wasnt rude by all means, very polite. And he said most definetly. That was almost a week ago and i still have not had him call me yet. Yes i only called him once. Today at work he offered his badge for me to clock out of the hospital/clinic we work at since i didnt have mine(and your not spose to do that at all either, its against policy, you can get fired if caught) which i thought was a nice gesture on his part. But I think he either maybe shy, waiting for me to go further, or im not sure. I have friends that say hes interested it appears, but i dont like coming on to strong because im shy too. Any advice on what is with this guy?We are five years apart, and im 26.

Definitely call him again and make a firm date.

You only have one life to live so why not make it full of challenges and new experiences?

If you don't ask, you will never know.

Good luck!
