I want to give her a peck on the cheek but I fear that she's gonna be shocked and get angry

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I previously submitted a question and the answer was very helpful, thank you. I have a follow up question, I read the tips on increasing physical contact. I want to do the cuddle one, but we've never done anything like that before, I've fallen asleep on her shoulder and she does seem to mind at all but I want to go further, also, before I leave (long extended absense) I want to give her a peck on the cheek but I fear that she's gonna be shocked and get angry at me, but it's something that I've wanted to do for awhile now, she's my best friend and I love her more than anyone in the world and I don't want to lose her. Please, I need step by step on how to start to cuddle with her, scenerio is us watchin a movie on the couch. Thanks

The odds are good that she wants a peck on the cheek (or lips) more than you do. It is very unlikely that she would get angry.

So, when you are cuddling--sitting close together, holding hands, putting your arm around her shoulder (if comfortable)-- lean over and whisper in her ear "Do you know what I want to do?" When she says "what?" Then lean over and whisper again in her ear "I want to give you a kiss on the cheek." Then kiss her cheek.

Once you are familiar with kissing her on the cheek, start kissing her closer to her mouth until one or the other of you finally can't wait and you start mouth kissing.

This should work fine if you have the courage.
Good luck, George
