Okay i'm 20 and my boyfriend is 17. A lot has happened his mom found out we were having sex, and now she hates me, and it's getting out of control. I love him and I want to be with him. Am I doing anything illegal by sneaking around with him and or having sex? She wants to put me in jail, but i don't think she has anything. Plese respond! I appreciate it!

Look at your State Statutes (which should be online) and find out what the definition of statutory rape is. If you can't find it, call your local police (from a payphone) and ask them. If they won't say, call a rape crisis center which should know the answer and give it to you.
It all depends on what state you live in. You could also go to http://www.google.com and search under statename statutory rape (type in your state's name where is says statename.
