I've known her for like 5 years and never liked her until last year.

Hey, you guys have always given me great advice, so here goes:
I like this girl (isnt that how it always goes?) but Ive known her for like 5 years and never liked her until last year.
Her younger brother is my friend and knows I like her.I havnt talked to her much though. Any advice?

You are lucky to have her brother for a friend.

Make sure every time you see her that you give her a big smile and say "Hi" with her name. Ask her how she's doing. Pretty soon you will be friends and she will probably become attracted to you.

So basically become her friend and go from there.
