I do EVERYTHING for him. Am I wrong for sticking it out?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I'm 26 and my boyfriend is 23. We have been together for about a year and a half and have been though ALOT emotionally. I love him more than anyone I have ever loved before. After dating 7 months, he purposed to me on Christmas day. I trusted him. He once admitted to me that he was a sex addict. that his uncle was to.When we met he would always talk about sex and parts of other womens bodies in front of me. Anyways, he would take my cell phone at night and go to the car and talk. He would claim to talk to his guy friends until 2 and 3 in the morning but I believed him. So,I bought him a cell phone and not even one month later, I asked for the bill and he had changed the billing address to go to his moms. I called the company and asked them to fax me a copy and found that he had racked up the bill $300 calling dating lines, chat lines and other girls. I was furious and broke it off. We got back together and he has still called some of those girls on my phone then erases the numbers because he says he does not want to get embarrased if I call the number back. He insists that I'm jealous and says me being so jealous saying he is cheating makes him want to go do it so it will be true. I have a difficult time trusting him now when he talks about other women. He always turns it around. I love him and I dont doubt that he loves me. Sometimes I feel like he is my child. I do EVERYTHING for him. Am I wrong for sticking it out? I know relationships get tough but but how much is enough?
