She said, I just dont want a boyfriend right now.

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Here goes...
Texed her bout a week ago... A while after I told her I also hinted to her some stuff about her was in my notebook. She found that, yadda yadda. Next day(Friday) she comes up to me to tell me she didn't get my text. So I wrote a note that basically told everything. It told her what the text said, talked about stuff we did bout a week before the text, and finally, I said I like you(but I didn't ak her out)... Here is where it gets a little messy. One of her friends asked me if I might like her as more than just a friend(couple days b4 the text), I said yes. Now just today, she seemed a little sad. Finally, round 6th hour, I met up with her and she said, " I read the note you gave me this weekend." So I said, and, what did you think. She said, I just dont want a boyfriend right now. I said OK. She then said, but you were right about everything else in the note. Well, when we get to our class, she goes to her seat and I go to mine, she seemed to perk up a bit. I think that is all for the story.

She seemed to ignore me more today than she ever had before??? So what are you thinking bout this situation?? What is my next step and what did I do wrong????

RomanceClass.com Advice
I don't think you said anything wrong.

She just isn't at the right place in her life to have a boyfriend.

You shouldn't give up since she could change her mind once she thinks about it more. Text her friendly notes asking how she is doing and don't mention a relationship. After a month or so, ask her if she has rethought her position on having a boyfriend.

Good luck!
George
