The key to it, like anything in life, is to make an effort to start practicing and to find out what works and doesn't work for you personally. Every single person flirts in a different way. Flirting is about you, personally, interacting with another person and them enjoying it. So what works for one person can be horrible for another. Only you can figure out what sort of flirting works best for you, and the only way to know is trial and error. So start flirting with people and see what they react well to, and develop your own style. The more you try it, the better you'll get.
