Be her best friend and someone she can share her feelings with.

It sounds like you are already doing that. Keep doing it and don't forget to.

You could tell her that you are developing feelings for her and see how she responds. She may not know right away so give her some time to think about it (a day or two). Maybe she will say she likes you too and then you will be on the path to happiness.
