Now a whole winter and summer has passed and my heart is still set on him

My ex and I were seeing eachother for about 5 months. We were very much in love seeing i was his "first" and when we did make love it was clearly AMAZING. We had our disagreements and fights but we both loved making up. He then started abusing drugs and would make excuses not to see me. He then told me his parents were going through some marital problems and he needed his space. This line was complete bull, in actuality he was seeing another girl who was supplying him with drugs since he was "with her". Later on he broke up with me saying we fought too much, but he was really seeing this girl. The girl and her friends starting giving me harassing phone calls at work. I confronted him about it and he said to just "stay away from him". A couple months later i started hanging out with this kid *Lou. Lou and i were strictly just friends but my ex thought more. One day my ex felt it necessary to beat up Lou. When he was asked why he did it he said he felt him and i would get back together. We didn't talk for a while. about 5 months later (him and the girl split) i decided to call him to just say hi. He brushed me off the phone and later he IMed me calling me obscene names and saying he used me to reach his goal. That was the last time we spoke. Now a whole winter and summer has passed and my heart is still set on him. Many people say i should call him, but i'm scared seeing what had happened last time.

My advice is to stay away from him.

Not only did he verbally abuse you the last time, but he treated you very badly when you were going out with him.

Be smart and find somebody new.
