Should I be a man and let her know how I feel, and risk rejection

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
I am pretty close friends with a woman I work with. We have gone out together a couple of times, but one day I starting to have feelings for her. I tried to dismiss it as a crush, and the feeling would disappear. Unfortunately I fing myself liking her more, and more. I think she knows how I feel, but my instinct tells me that I'm not her type. Should I be a man and let her know how I feel, and risk rejection, and the whole office know what happened, or play it safe and pray she makes the first move?

Go for it!

Rejection is no big deal... and I think she would not want to spread it around the office.

Good luck! George
