I know this girl who is in 3 of my classes and I want to know if she likes me. In one of my classes, I catch her looking at me almost every day, in another class I catch her looking at me but not as often as the previous class. In my biology class, she was one of the only two people who laughed at my joke,(I will admit it was a dumb joke). When I do talk to her, she almost always makes eye contact with me. So, I was wondering if she might like me.

Why not start making friends with her. Everytime you pass by her, say Hi plus her name and a big smile. When you see her looking at you, smile back.
Make conversation with her and she will know that you are interested.
Seems like a romance is developing!
