I feel sick to my stomach knowing I can't be with her

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Ok, I am in this weird situation. There was this girl that started working with me a couple of weeks ago. At first, I just thought she was cute. Now that I have gotten to know her more, i have fallen for her. And this isn't no ordinary crush, I can't stop thinking about her every minute of the day. I check her aim away message all the time just to see if something new is in it. I might have already blown it though because I have already asked her out and she said she would just like to hang out as friends. We still talk online, but whenever I see her in school I feel akward when I should be talking to her. Everyday when I come home from school, I feel sick to my stomach knowing I can't be with her and I don't know what to do. I don't know if "no" means "no", or if I might be bugging her by talking to her alot online. I don't know what I should do. All I want is to be with this girl. Is there anyway you can help me?

RomanceClass.com Advice
You will do a lot better with her if you calm down.

Obsessing is what you are doing now. Relex, it will help you think better.

Take her at her word and be friends with her... you are in an excellent situation since you can become a very good friend which can be the step before a romantic relationship.
