hi, im a shy and nice guy thats known this girl for 4 years now and im falling for her. she considers me as one of her best friends but i want more than a freindship, we're open to one another and shares her feelings with me. we do a lot together like hang out and travel a lot. we were actually getting close a while back but she decided stick with the whole friendship thing because she didnt want to ruin our friendship. i want to take it to the next step, what can i do or say to her?

Tell her how you feel and that you don't want to jeopardize your friendship either. She should answer honestly and that will be your answer.
If you want to improve your chances, gradually start to court her by taking her out to dinner, theater, etc.
