Hi,
I just had sex with a guy I had a crush on for years. Everything is great, except that he told me he didn't want to commit to anything. He hasn't called or anything either. I guess it's a one-night stand.
I don't do this often, so I feel degraded like I don't have any value. How can I stop feeling this way?

He was your big crush and maybe you were hoping you could get together with him. That is perfectly natural.
It is also natural to feel degraded. Make yourself feel better by realizing that you did not cheat on anyone when you did this, and that is was with someone you cared about.
You shouldn't blame yourself for his behavior... after all, if he had called back and you two started dating you wouldn't feel this way.
