It was a while ago and we said we'd always love each other.. that was back during the summer, and I really felt it, and I know she did too. Now school came around and everything's changed.. she kinda hates me now but a part of me really wants her back.. really bad. I keep telling myself it's over but I still dream about her all the time.. but I don't know what to do..?

First try getting her back.

To do this make her feel comfortable with you again. Whenever you see her, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and give her a big smile. Even if she freezes you out the first couple of times keep doing it. If she still won't say hi, then it's time to move on.

To get her out of your mind you will have to fight the thoughts of her that come into your mind. Treat the thoughts like enemies. Say to them "She doesn't care about me and I don't care about her." Do this 100 times and pretty soon the thoughts will leave you alone.
