Hi. Me and my boyfriend have been together for about three years. I am extremely jelouse of him. He usually never calls on time, and makes plans with me only to break them because he wants to go somewhere with his friends. And he won't say I love you over the phone. I found a lighter with a womans hair tie on it in his room a few weeks ago and he said he doesn't know where it came from. It was "mixed up" in his clothes from the dryer and it was his roommates lighter. I found another in his jacket, and I saw ashes on the dashboard of his truck. Among many other things I think he's a liar. I am so jelouse I can't sleep well or stop complaining constantly. What should I do? Thank you.

You are right, he is a liar.
Until you get through this layer of lies you can't make any progress at all. You will probably get unpleasant news when he tells the truth, but that's the only way to go.
