My boyfriend just broke up with me about a month ago

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
My boyfriend just broke up with me about a month ago. im still trying to get over him. it would be easier if he wasnt so gorgeous. we went out for about 2 months. he said he thought about someone more than me.i havent talked to him since we broke up and i really miss him. alot! he really liked me before we went out but i didnt really like him but eventually i started to and decided to give it a chance. When we went out he was really sweet to me. he said he loved me, but of couse those are just words. i was actually enjoying my life. now i would like to be his friend. he said(when he broke up with me) that he does still like me. im thinking maybe if we are friends for a while and get to know eachother more he might want to get back with me. hes my sisters bfs brother. should i just ask him to come with him to my sisters so we can talk or something? what should i do?

Yes, I think it is a good idea to invite him over when his brother comes to visit your sister.

You are also right to think that if you could get to know each other better he might come back to you. When you talk with him don't start talking about your relationship because that will annoy him. Instead ask him how his life is and how is he doing.

Hope this works! George
