She said feels hot and cold about the relationship

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
My girlfriend and i have gone out for 20 months we hads some arguements this months we dont argue that much. not long ago she said she just wanted to be friend for a while just so she can sort herself out, she said feels hot and cold about the relationship, she said when she is with me everything feels right but when we are not together sometimes she has doubts about the relationship. The relationship is on but not on as well this makes it hurt more.
i need some advice on what to do to repair the relationship and is it normal to doubt the relationship sometimes?

It is normal to have occasional doubts about a relationship.

But, wanting to take a break can be a sign of wanting to break up.

You know what she likes about you so be very good about those things to bring her back. Try to spend as much time with her as you can because she feels happy when she is with you.

Give her little presents, take her out to dinner, give her a sweet kiss when she is not expecting it.
