I know she loves me as a friend

I have a serious problem. I am madly in love with one of my best friends. She knows I like her but not this much. She has a bf now. I don't know what to do. I think about her all the time. She is everything I look for in a girl. I'm only 19 but I think I could see myself marrying her I know that sounds crazy. I know she loves me as a friend. Am I stuck in the friend zone or could we go out if she and her bf don't work out?
